1. Exchange policy
- Please check the product status as soon as you receive the order. Products will only be exchanged at the time of receipt.
- The exchanged product must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the product purchased. Customers will not be refunded the difference if the product is worth less than the product purchased.
- With promotion products, the policy is not applied according to customers needs if the product is not defective by the manufacturer.
2. Exchange conditions
Customers need to check the status of goods and can change the goods back in the following cases:
- The item is not in the correct category, the design in the order is placed or on the website at the time of ordering.
- Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.
- The external situation affected such as packaging tearing, peeling, breakage.
Customers are responsible for submitting relevant documents to prove the above deficiencies to complete the exchange of goods.
